1. What does your music store offer?
Our music store has been the meeting point for music enthusiasts of all kinds for over 50 years. Whether you are a beginner, hobbyist, or professional, we offer the right instrument for everyone. From brand-name instruments, second-hand items, sheet music, recording and PA equipment, to accessories – since February 2023, we’ve written a new chapter: We’ve opened the first Musician Outlet Store! Brand-name products at bargain prices – up to 70% off!
2. Where is your store located?
Our address is: Ostertorsteinweg 49, 28203 Bremen. Parking is available behind our building at the Hohenpfad parking lot.
3. Do you have an online store?
Yes, you can find our online store on the shopping platform Reverb. You can also visit it via the link on our website.
4. Do you sell used instruments?
Yes, we offer a selection of used instruments.
5. Do you buy instruments?
Direct purchase is not possible. However, you have the option to consign your instrument, studio equipment, or accessories with us. As consignment slots are limited, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service for availability and details of the consignment agreement.
6. Do you offer repair services?
Yes, for over 50 years, we have had specialists in-house who carry out all repair and service work on your instruments. For more details, please visit our website or contact our customer service.
7. How long does a repair usually take?
The duration depends on the instrument, the type of damage, and the volume of other orders. We are happy to arrange an estimated completion date over the phone or in person.
8. Can I rent an instrument from you?
It is not possible to rent an instrument for an extended period. However, we offer the possibility to rent PA systems and DJ equipment for individual events. Availability must be inquired through our customer service and is subject to availability.
9. Do you offer financing options?
Financing is not available. However, you can arrange to pay within a maximum of 4 weeks. The goods remain in our possession until fully paid for.
10. Can I buy something in-store and have it shipped?
Yes, we offer shipping via DHL. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package. All shipments are insured.
11. What is your return policy?
- Return period: Returns are possible within 7 days from the purchase date.
- Return conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original receipt to be eligible for an exchange.
- Exchange instead of refund: We do not offer refunds. Items can be exchanged for an equal product or refunded as a voucher.
- Exceptions: Books and sheet music are excluded from returns.
12. How does the warranty and guarantee work?
Warranty follows the German legal regulations. Some manufacturers offer additional extended warranties, which customers can register directly with the manufacturer using their purchase receipt.

- Mon-Fri: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sat: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
14. What are the workshop hours?
- Mon + Tue: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Thu + Fri: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Sat: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Wed: Workshop closed
